Relaxing Cottage with Hot Tub

By booking this property, you agree to abide my the following house rules, and not doing so will result in immediate termination of the booking and a request to vacate: • This property is on a septic system. No food or chemicals down the drains and only toilet paper in the toilets. • No pets in the house with the exception of service animals • **This is not a party house!!! ** No parties or events at the house. • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am – this is a residential area and we want to respect our neighbors. Noise complaints from neighbors, or police visits, will result in immediate termination of your booking. • No smoking or vaping inside • Do not move any furniture or remove TVs from the wall • Keep air conditioning above 72 and and heat below 76 at all times • Parking is only allowed on the driveway. Per county ordinance, no parking along the street or right of way for any length of time. • Guests should leave the property in the same condition it was found – any damages or excessive cleanup caused by the guest will be their responsibility to reimburse. HOT TUB: • Use of hot tub is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the guest. • Children must not use the hot tub under any circumstances without continuous supervision from an adult. • Guests will not hold the owner responsible for any accidents that occur from the negligence of the guest. • For guest’s safety, please only use the provided plastic drinkware in and around the hot tub • Please do not touch the bromine floater. It is hard at work keeping the hot tub nice and clean! • Keep the cover closed when not in use • Please be mindful of the noise level. FIRE PIT: • Use of fire pit is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the guest. • Children must not use the fire pit under any circumstances without continuous supervision from an adult. • Guests will not hold the owner responsible for any accidents that occur from the negligence of the guest. • The firepit must be completely extinguished with the provided hose at the end of use • Feel free to use any fire wood that has remained at the property from previous guests and/or leave behind firewood that you did not use. • Do not cut any limbs from trees on the property. • Please be mindful of the noise level. We appreciate your compliance with these requests. Not doing so may result in immediate termination of your booking and a request to vacate.
